Best way to do lateral/medial dumbell raise? Vid?
For my shoulders work out, I follow military press with a bar with dumbell lateral/medial raise. But, I've seen such variation in the technique but I'd like to really focus on my medial shouder.
I've seen people with there arms straight out to their sides, arms very bent, wrists rotated etc.... Does anyone have a link to a vid that demonstrates a good technique how to perform this? Thanks in advance! |

Keep your arms in a 35° angle to the front. It's better on the shoulder.

what's a scaption raise?
I've googled it but not sure how reliable it is. Is this just a lateral raise with arms straight out and hold it at the top for 2 seconds? thanks Last edited by mrmark : 01-28-2007 at 03:42 AM. |
