Is it possible to cut body fat, but not loose muscle, strengh and weight at the same time?

Yes technically but it will be difficult and maybe not possible for a natural, experienced trainee.

I say technically because you we measure body fat as a percentage. With that in mind if you are 10% at 200lbs, it means 10% of you bodyweight is comprised of fat, or 20lbs. Now if you gain 10lbs of pure muscle you will be 210lbs but a lower bodyfat because you still only have 20lbs of fat. You will look leaner too because the fat will have to cover a greater area and be thinner.
