Ive started taking a few friends and what not training again, trying to help people acheive their goals and am absolutely frustrated with their attitude towards "only" doing big mass builders. They all want to do the Fu-Fu crap like preacher curls and tricep extension and are worried about getting big arms and concerned Im not working that muscle directly perpendicular to the pinky they think is cool to bulge out.
Then they have the nerve to tell me they dont think my workout program is right for them.
I told one "acquaintance" after his mini-rant that if you cant do 10 bodyweight dips next time we workout, Im going to punch him in his triceps for every rep he cant do, until he can get 10.
