I have a buddy who is all-natural at 5'10 205 lbs w/ 20" guns. It is possible but very rare. Most normal people who train that have arms that big are not symmetrical and are lacking else where in the physique.

What about the size of HHH's arms? I say around 19-20 inches.
I made a little observation and it is obvious that Hogan's arms are bigger than HHH's AND The Rock's. What I find interesting is that The Rock has really big triceps but his biceps are not big enough in terms of symmetry, while HHH is excatly the other way round.
Rock has: Huge triceps, big but not huge biceps
HHH has: Huge Biceps (great peak too), big but not huge tricepsKeep on going...
