    Lat's

    hey what are your guys ruitines for your lats? i do pullups and pull downs and their not growing.... they have been the same size for a couple months now

    try long bar rows, barbell rows, deadlifting, rack pull.

    with pullups, try diffferent grips.

    We just started doing horizontal pullups.

    try weighted pullups (use a belt or a backpack and load it with plates..... they are making mine HUGE)

    and use an OVERHAND grip for pullups... you might be using a underhand grip.

    yes i row a lot. i do dumbbell and barbell rows. usuall switchin it up every week. but i didnt kno it worked ur lats...

    Weighted Chins/Pullups with varying width grips. 5 x 5. No need to do 200 sets of everything.

    good advice, but I would add some higher rep BW stuff in there, along with the 5x5. Using underhand grip and extra weight and then matching that with wide grip next workout is a good way to progress also.
