    Cardio + Weights

hey, im gonna start working out on monday, and ima do a 5 day split (1 body part per day) but since i wanna lose some unwanted body fat ima do cardio also. My question is, since ima be doing weights 5 days, is it good to do cardio the same day, right before lifting weights?

Cardio for about 30 mins about 6 hours after lifting. Lifting should always come first.

depends on your goals and what your training program looks like.
