should you do ur next sprint when ur heart rate stredies around 120 bpm? If ur heart rate at the end of ur sprint is around 180? Im confused on the concept....sorry if this is elementary

tred mill im in wisconsin the track has 2 feet of snow on it and its a high of -4....lol

i don't believe so. i know they recommend people with asthma to wear some sort of scarf over their nose and mouth to heat up and keep air they are breathing in moistened.

If you run out, you should breathe through your nose. That's what I heard.
yeah, the mucus in your nasal passages will keep more of the humidity in the air you're breathing in.
that way you're not breathing in dry air.

When I do these it is 400 meters on, 400 off or 200 on, 200 off. If I do 400's then I jog the break, with 200's I walk.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.
The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.
