Sorry for being no help, but what's a keish?
    No Milk, no.
Milk is for babies. When you grow up, you have to drink beer.

have a great ride! My only advice is to make sure you've had enough to eat when riding later in the day and stay hydrated

    1. Drink before you are thirsty, every 20 minutes
    2. Start easy, focus on a higher cadence
    3. Make sure your tires are pumped their max pressure
    4. Take a snack
    5. Adjust your position in the saddle every 10 min
    6. If you are riding a road bike change your hand positions to relax your back shoulders and neck
    7. Ride loose (don't do the death grip) but still in control
    8. Make sure your bike is working well before you leave and that you have basic tools to fix a flat. (A cell phone is a nice touch too)
    9. Wear a helmet
    10. Have a blast!

I have my helmet, ipod, phone and everything needed. My bike is at the shop getting its first service so it should be fine.

I will need to start slow, i have a tendancy to try and race cars around my area which leaves me stuffed. I also like doing monos but i wont do them cos they too get me tired fast.

I love quiche, but it's very rich. How long after your meal will you begin riding? The eggs and bacon bouncing around in your stomach might not be too comfortable.

Good luck. I used to do 25 mile in the summer on a crap mountain bike that was slow. It's an ass kicker, after the first one it took me ages to climb up stairs at home. Just get enough water.
