Squats and any kind of row are my favorite movements. Deadlifts are right up there too.

Spelling and Grammar. Oh wait. Muscles? My favorite muscles to work out are usually the ones I'm seeing the most gains in at that time. Right now chest and tri's are top of the list.

The more closed chain, the better.

    Top:
Low rep deadlifts, high reps are terrible.
    Bench press.
    Pull-ups.

Would probably have to say deadlifts, i love them, bench press is also at the top there. I do my leg days, but they are very gruelling and demanding!

Back. I have a bit of a right deltoid issue and back excersizes don't bother it like shoulders and chest.
