    Benches

Hi guys, im new to this site and pretty much new to body building, i have done a bit of weight training in the past but now i want to get serious about it.
For xmas i got a weight bench and its come with the butterfly attachments and the bit that works the legs, just wondering do you guys feel its worth using them?
Also just another quick question, from experience whats the best way to work the traps?

Various types of Deadlifts and Rowing movements. I find Overhead Press is pretty good too.

More importantly though, get a good program set up in its entirety.

All you need equipment-wise is a bench, some dumbells, and a barbell. And weight of course, haha.

Butterfly attachment - no. You'll get a better range of motion and more effective contraction using dumbbells.

Leg attachment - maybe. Once you have a basic leg exercise routine (i.e. squat, lunge, deadlift, calf raise) going, you may want to add leg extensions and curls. There's really no other way to perform those two exercises other than with a leg attachment.
