    Should I start some cardio?

    I've been doing strictly pretty much strength training so far. I've thought it would be bad to get on threadmil, but do I need it ?

    well what are your goals? I personally do cardio for the health beni's even when not on a cut

    Do circuit training, kill two birds with one stone.

    I need to gain some mass only 5.8 now 131, which I'm doing slowly. I just thought it would be good for my heart and lungs. I just dont want to start to lose any weight I've gained.
