it isn't a public gym. it is a private training club that you need to be invited into.

Well what we could do is have you come in on friday and watch us train.
    This
would be a good day since most of our top lifters are hitting there
    circa
max phase for the arnold. Then you can hang out with me for a few
    hours, get
some lifting in, ask questions, and get you all straightend out.

I usually charge a seminar fee of 300.00, but this will cover many
    things.

I am not a huge fan of going to a gym and paying money to watch someone else lift weights. However in this situation I think it would be cool to watch people bench press 600lbs. Then again I dont know if it would ever be worth 300 bones.

Maybe he'd charge you only $150 if you closed one eye.

Well you can see any other training program all over the internet. Its not like it was the old DC training where it was this huge secret.

I'm sorry DC training? I'm lost.
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.

Well DC was what was kept such a big secret for so long. People would pay to get it and use it. Until it was leaked all over and everyone knew what it was. Search DC training you can see some good stuff on it. A nice argument as well here about it.
