    Damn!

    Powercleans are awesome!! I wish my gym would get sum powerclean areas but ya they work out like every part if your body! I personally think, they are really really great.

    Make sure you are doing them properly, seek professional guidance. These movements are very heavy on the technique and with improper technique, not only are you at risk for injury but you are also not reaping the full benefits of the movements.

    Yes i know, my friend recently hurt his back doing them so ya im tryin to be pretty careful
