Reverse grip press downs?
For triceps, after EZ bar skull crushers, I've recently been following it with press downs. These have provided a nice variety for me but I want to improve my workouts.
Would reverse grip press down be of any benefit? Or is it just 'faffing' and I should just stick to the basic movement? As always, thanks for the input! |

I love it when a plan comes together.

Any sort of grip change could alter any adaptation your body develops.
I used to do them, but I dont remember them getting bigger from them, then again I never space my time frames out like that. |
