I don't mean to pick on you but, do they teach English grammar at your High School? Thank god for the CAPS LOCK filter on this site.

This is what you should do, in no particular order:

1. Read the stickies at the top of the page to learn proper training habits.
2. Read the stickies at the top of the Diet and Nutrition section to learn proper eating habits.
3. Get your ass into an English tutoring program, ASAP.

Hey, i'm not english professor by a long shot, but come on. That was one long sentence with every word capitalized. This is a message board and we don't need perfect spelling/grammar on here, but when it gets that bad you can't understand what the hell the person is trying to say.

A quote from DOMS that i love;

Proper grammar is the difference between

-I helped my friend, Jack, off a horse.

and

-I helped my friend jack off a horse.

I always wondered why people were capitalizing every first word, but I guess that is the caps lock filter.

Starting a roid cycle to loose weight is probably one of the most retarded suggestions someone could make to you. I think you need to follow Yanicks advice

take what you eat and divide it by like 2, and start to run on treadmill 4x week. But If you were injured, id probably consult some sort of trainer.
