Bicep Curls: Straight bar vs. EZ curl bar
I read a small article in Flex (I believe) about the 2 bars and what heads they hit more.
The straight bar hits the long head more and the EZ curl bar hits the short head more. I know you should include both into your training regimen. Which do you normally use? Or do you use both? |

MMMmmm both the heads get hit really.
If I were to do both, the volume would be pretty low. Id either do one of those movements and possibly do something else like dumbells or reverse curls. |

Never done curls with an Ez bar, I dont reckon there would be a great deal of difference at all to be honest.
And I agree with Gazhole with the pull ups being better, however the same day i do pullups i like to finish off with a set of curls for good measure ![]() |
