How quickly can I lose muscle mass?

I have been training hard for the past 6 montths but due to some personal reasons I left the gym for about 2 months.

How much muscle mass Will I have lost in that time period?

I dont care about strerngth just curious as to how quicly muscles fade away.

As long as your diet has remained in order, I don't see how you could lose a significant amount of mass in that time. Your strength will suffer a bit, but it comes back quickly.

What you can lose in 2 months you can get back in 2 months when you start up again.

Don't worry about it.

I'm not so sure about that as a rule, but in this scenario I think that's reasonable.

If your diet remains good, as mentioned above, don't sweat it.
