    Ilbs of muscle in month

    Ok..... total newbie question..

How much muscle can you gain, with proper diet, nutrition & training, can you obtain in a week?,,,,a month?

Now I just ask this because I know that you can loose 2lbs of fat in a week with proper diet and training. so thats 8lbs a month..

(obviously I know this is the average, some people will loose more and gain more).

Everyone who trains for muscle mass has to ask that question once in a while.
I myself still can't help it but wonder now and then, so I kinda write this to myself.
Though I think nobody should be denied a good motive, like Mike said, truth is it seems that no one knows.

One says, 10lbs pure muscle in a week....
Another says, around 0.5 lbs a day.....
Others say, less than 2lbs a month....

For me, average figure means nothing, my actual gain does.
Train patiently, eat patiently and rest patiently then sum of all the patience devided by three is my whole muscle gain of a week.

I hope this helps you too.

Noobs can gain a lot quickly. Adding 10 lbs shouldn't be that hard.
