    newb need help please

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Started lifting to add bulk about week and half ago.
I was sore the next day for the muscles I worked out the day before.

My problem is my Left Pec now seems swollen.....it is definitly bigger then my right.
My left side is my weeker side, and I definitly had to push harder doing chest then my right.

I did chest on monday its now thursday.......is it just swollen? should I lay off chest for a week or keep going.Monday is chest day should I just skip it?
I mean it just happened when I started lifting it feels like the whole muscle is swollen (not like a tumor or bump)
I also have full range of motion but it feels a little taxed or tired
    thanks for any advice.

Does it feel the same as your right pec? Perhaps you strained the muscle, or there is some other soft tissue injury to that area that is causing excessive inflammation.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

    Hello,
I think I know about fear and anxiety myself.

Skip it If you have any reasonable doubt......skipping a few session does no harm to your plan.
Besides, you can't concentrate enough while worring about unknown.

If you are not going to see a doctor then better wait and see till Monday then decide.
    It's still Thursday.
Give your body a few more days rest, who knows.

    I wish it's nothing.

I'm sorry, but if the Knicks stopped playing like they were fighting for parole, theyd be some where. There's so much wasted talent on that squad.
You guys are going to lose. You might as well just cheer for me, because Boston isn’t winning in Boston for the season opener. I’m sorry. " - Gilbert Arenas
