hey guys my name is Joe and im new to the board. I am 20 and just feel like it time to get back into better shape. I am 5'10" and am about 140 lbs. i have never really lifted weights to much cause i played baseball and was always in pretty decent shape but now after being out of school for 2 years im ready to start it again. I want to focus alot on my arms and abs. i just want you guys to tell me some tips and maybe a workout routine or something just to get my started. i want to really be able to see my abs and biceps and triceps ya know. but just let me know what you think and be honest!! thanks guys!!

Read the sticky topics in Training, and Diet + Nutrition. They will explain a hell of a lot and go a long way to getting you started.
Either train everything or don't bother training anything.
