has anyone got a training log sheet that they use record:
Types of exersizes
Weight used
Reps
And so on
I was trying to make one myself and i then thought y reinvent the wheel.
So if anyones got one that they dont mind posting here for me to look at or use, that would be awsome

Because life was'nt meant to be easy


I just use blank bits of paper, make any changes in the gym (like if i miss a rep etc) then post it in the journal's section here.
No need to overcomplicate things.
