    Bent Press video?

    Wanted to know if anyone know's where I can find a video of someone doing "Bent Press"?

    I saw that one, but I am not so sure he is doing it correct. I was hopeing to find someone doing them with BB or DB.

    What's the purpose of that exercise? Seems like it doesn't do shit other than putting you at great risk of hurting yourself.

    It's definitely different! I like to learn new things and thought this looked interesting. I think it's mostly for strength. I have also tried the "Steinborn Lift" recently, that is really fun!

    I actually do one arm Db presses every so often to mix up my pressing routine but there just more like a one arm push press as opposed to the one arm Bent Press shown earlier

    The technique allows one to be able to handle more weight than usual than with a strict press...But must be perfected

    Risk vs. Payoff just doesnt add up to me. I am much more into some low risk exercises myself.

    There is risk in most lifting though, squat's can be dangerous if not done right with good form. I am not sure if these are something that I will keep in my routine, but I love to try new lifts.....
