    lower body

since i have been working out, i have only worked out my upper body. Recently though, i want to start on my lower body...especially on my butt. Wht are some good "butt growing" work outs? there was a similar thread asking this question, but i figured it was from someone already into it, i have never really done any. How good are squats for this?

Squat's are great! If you have never really done them, then just start with the bar, get the form down. I would suggest doing ATG, they work best! (in my opinion). Lunges are also Great for building good glutes... walking Lunges with DB's or just body weight until you get the form down.

Also leg press with a high foot placement works well.
