    WSFBB or 5x5?

Alright I'm on week 6 of my westside routine, stops at 8-9 weeks. I had a post earlier, and i'm definitely seeing improvement in my squat/deadlift but my bench has only improved about 5 pounds so far on the routine. I have added more back work to compensate and we'll see how that works.

My question is regarding my next routine, I like westside a lot, however I still want to cater towards both strength and mass. I have yet to try a 5x5 routine yet so i'm debating a wsfbb or a 5x5. If I chose westside, has anyone tried OH Press as their ME for upper? I feel that my delts are a weakpoint (could attribute to my lower bench.) So two questions really, wsfbb or 5x5, and if i do wsfbb should I just stick with Bench or change to OH Press? Thanks.

How experienced are you with weight training?
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

I would switch things up now and then. The one problem I have seen with people not putting on anything in their bench on westside, is they neglect their back work. They do 3 sets and are done. Back is crucial for more weight. Why are you running westside for 9 weeks? And have you been switching up reps and sets on your ass. lifts?

At least two years consistently, as for ass. work, I usually do reps of 6 for ME days, and reps of 10 on DE days. I haven't changed many exercises (one or two) and my I just started to add more back work (see my first post.)

Ya I saw you added more back. I think it will do the trick. I am big into bent over laterals to really hit those delts and increase strength. I say why not try the 5x5 for a while.
