Smile Need a Circuit style cardio workout

With the weather warming up, I'll be going to do cardio in a field or at the local track/stadium.

I need ideas on a 30 or so minute circuit workout that i can do. I get bored with just going around the track, so i like to keep things changing a lot.

    Any ideas?

sprints, backpedals, crossovers, 4cone drills, etc. you could do like sprints followed by backpedals, then crossovers, each with 20sec. rest inbetween. that could be fun cardio plus workout on agility and etc.
