BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com i know 1st thing in the AM in a fasted state is the best time to do cardio, but if its done later in the day, how long should you be fasted before doing it to make it worthwhile? 2-3 hours?

It would be best to not eat anything at least 1.5 to 2 hours before so your stomic isn't working to digest food.
Cardio in the morning is best but doesn't work for everyones schedual so afternoon or night cardio also works well to, just because your stomic isn't empty doesn't mean your not burning fat. |

Do it when the body is in a fasted state.
It is still possible to do it during the day. |
