working out
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I recently have not kept up to my regular, At least work out 3x a week, plan. Wht happens after a while of not working out, do you lose muscle mass? or do you just stay, look the same as the day or time you stopped working out?

I think just 1 hard fullbody session a week is enough to maintain all lean body mass.
I'm guessing that after 2 weeks of complete inactivity you'll start losing mass though. Diet is a key factor in this. The better your diet, the less likely it will be to lose lbm. |
