I've been away from these forums for a while now... Partly because I stopped working out and didn't care about my diet,... I recently realized how fat I got and now I'm back on the scene. I went to the gym today after like months, it was a pretty good experience. I posted my "before" pics in my gallery which were taken today. Stay tuned for progress in a month!![]()

Actually, since I'm away from home, it's really hard to keep my diet in a good shape. I'm basically eating to survive here lol. I live in an apartment on campus and food is scarce. It's easy access to eat pizza everyday... My diet right now consists of eggs in the morning, pizza in the evening... I'm not doing this because I think pizza isn't harmful, I'm just doing it because i don't have any other foods available for another week. I'm going to go home in a week and get some chicken curries and a lot of chicken... Anything you would like to suggest for this week? Like something I can grab from like jewel osco or something, (I can't buy chicken or beef from these places, only seafood)...
