Bodybuilding shows/competitions
Is there a source that I can go to for finding info on Bodybuilding shows and competitions that are being shown on cable or at loacal arena's ??? I haven't been able to find anything in the local area here in D.C. and I'd like to start watching them.
Weight lifting is like " Mind over Matter". If my body doesn't mind---the weight doesn't matter!!!!!

They used to be on ESPN, but it seems rare these days.
