    well i want to do sprinting in my school inorder to get faster for football the coming season. along with sprinting i will lift and my goals are the same: to gain muscle in my upper body. so since i will be running alot should i eat the same amount of calories that i will be burning inorder to feed the muscle i am trying to build

    Care to share exercise selection with us?

    How about intensity? I can't tell what you're doing with 4-5 sets of 8-10. Are you going to failure, keeping the weight the same for all those sets, or working to a max set of 8-10?
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

    i dont know about intensity because sprinting didnt start yet. also do i need to eat alot of calories because i have a decent layer of fat on me but i want to lose that nd gain muscle...so can i lose fat and gain muscle? and also should i stretch after and before my workout? and if i should after why?
