That was great! It amazes me all the different aspects that go into moving a human- all the training- physically, mentally, technically etc.- just to run a short distance at a very fast pace.

I like how they did the Ben Johnson thing and acted like it was an isolated incident of one man's bad choice.

It was a pretty good video, but it was only historically educational. Too bad they didn't talk more about biomechanics and sprinting form. They could easily have fit that into the 45min.
