    You would get more answers for this in the training section.
    shrugs will help and some gyms have a neck chain deal you can wear on your head and hang a d.b or plate off. or you could go with the wrestling/bodyweight way and lay on your back and lift your self up by pushing your head back against the floor as hard as you can.
