shrugs will help and some gyms have a neck chain deal you can wear on your head and hang a d.b or plate off. or you could go with the wrestling/bodyweight way and lay on your back and lift your self up by pushing your head back against the floor as hard as you can.

and they still had no personality. Those girls are usually really bitter. I think they realize they are useless.
