    P/RR/S- alternate exercises

Hey bros. I am currently using Gopro's P/RR/S routine and was wondering what is another exercise that I could replace weighted dips with.. I injured my shoulder a while back and kind of feel like I may have tweaked it a bit. So what exercise do you guys think will make up for weighted dips. I already do DB Flat press and Incline Flat press.. Thanks fellas!!!!

Try narrow grip bench press or french press.

OK you do not want to work the tris (my bad). You can do decline bench, db or cable flys as well.

some people on this forum need to refrain from offering any advice.

dips utilize the chest extensively: the pectoralis major & delts flex the shoulder joint when the upper arm moves from a position behind to the side of the torso. The pec minor & rhomboids are involved in downward rotation of the scapulae. If you focus on squeezing the pecs together and not fully extending your triceps toward the top of the movement, you move focus away from the triceps.

i like close grip bench presses.

the exercise you switch too is going to mainly depend on what you did to your shoulder.

Chose something that doesn't agravate it and work in a pain free ROM.
