Plyometrics
Anyone know a good work out? I run track need to gain some speed and jump a little higher anyone know what i should do

do some explosive lifts: squats, power clean, etc. do some speed drills too. do those plyo boxes and keep increasing the height. try small hurdles, those will help your form too with high knees and all. so do explosive lifts and speed/agility drills. there's thouasnads of them.
