IM posting in 3 forums for the right help

IM aiming for losing 25kilo before 25th Jan 2003. I weigh about 121 kilos now.
I want to lose the fat and retain/build muscle and strength, realsiing while im losing fat, Ill probablly lose some muscle.

Using a medium/Low eight for upper body what sort of routine should I be putting together for my program?

Using a bench, dumb Bells, Lat Pull Down. Ill be playin BasketBall once a week fro some aerobic exercise.
