    p/rr/s question

    Why is there such a long wait (4-5 min.) inbetween sets during the power week? I always do about 90 seconds inbetween sets and its seems good...

    2 1/2 mins i rest between sets on power week

    Well part of the program is using different tempos for the exercises as well as rest periods. If you use the same rest period then the muscle adapts similar to using the same exercises. Also, it allows more time for the body to recharge with ATP so you can lift the heavy wts again with the fast twitch muscles. Which is what you are targeting during power week.
