man...

I really needa get off my ass and start workin out but i cant seem to get myself motivated .. has any1 ever got this feeling? Any tips on how to get motivated??

N.O-Xplode. i always feel liek shit in the morning. loafing around, etc. then i take a warm/cold 30min shower then down a shake then later drink N.O-Xplode then workout. then i'm hyped up as hell.

ya but im only 15 and im takin multivitamnins, WHEY, and about 2 start creatine so i dont kno if i wanna fill my body w/ other stuff lol

Just go. Make yourself. The more you go, the easier it is. There's no magic psychological experience that can make you feel like rip roarin' your way to the gym.

Are you currently lifting and feeling burnt , or trying to find the motivation to begin a program?

Take a look at your workout. Maybe you just don't like it. Go to the gym and do the lifts that you enjoy doing and have fun with it and don't concern yourself with anything but enjoying it. That always works for me.

The first few weeks are tough - we're creatures of habit after all, but after a while you crave it. It becomes a way of life. You get to look at people on the street, smoking, out of shape and struggling through life and say "You know what? - I'm better than that - I'm showing myself how good I can be" - thats all the motivation I ever need.
