Front shoulders....
When I raised my arms in front of me that feels liek my weakest range of shoulder motion.
Other than front DB raises or a cable raise what can be done? |

wouldn't military press hit the anterior shoulder blade muscle

Military pressing definitely. And regular push exercises of course. I see no need for front delt isolation work really. I've never done any.

There is no exersize specifically for the anterior delt that allows for the load capabilties of the military press.Plus lifting heavy weights up over your head has a primal satisfaction not found in the less effective iso's
