Tell me your Fav compound workouts

ive been reading up and found out recently that compound workouts are best for bodybuilding. Which is kinda sucky because i have been doing nothing but isolation work outs forever now. I do not really know much about compound movements. Ive only used probably one compound workout which was dumbell shoulder press.

So in short, name your favorite compound workout please of the upper body: Bicep, tricep, the ant/lat/post deltroid ect. Please try to keep the compound workout as much to do with dumbells as possible. I do have a barbell but i dont have a bench yet.. so i kinda hard to work with it as of this point.

reverse grip (palms towards you) pull downs are a new favorite of mine.
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.
