Arobic + Anarobic = Bad
I have a question thats been on my minds for a while. When I am doing bulk cycles I usually put on a noticeable amount of fat weight.
My question is : Is it ok to do 2-3 days of Cardio during the days you would usually be resting from weight training (HIT)? |

Conditioning work is always good IMO. Just make sure you eat enough to still put on muscle. 2 days with a mix of anaerobic and aerobic conditioning is probably good enough.

well you were talking about putting on fat during a bulk cycle, so that is what I was asking about. Whats your bulk diet like - cals/macros/shopping list
