So how accurate are those cardio machine calorie counters?
I ask because there is no way in shit that I burned 670 calories in my last cardio session (elliptical machine for 45 minutes). The machine only asked for my age and weight. It didn't feel like a 670 calorie cardio burn.
fyi, I sprained my shoulder playing hockey last week, so I've decided to lay off weight training for a few weeks. Stupid cardio. |
