    Using Inversion/ gravity boots

I just recently purchased these impliments of torture and I''m trying to get used to using them properly. The instructions say I should try and keep my hands behind my calves and bring my head up to my knees, however I can only keep my hands at the front of my knees but I can get myself up to my ankles.

Am I doing this right or is there another way ?

As my daughter would say... those are so yesterday. And why do you want blood rushing to your head?

You might try a search on Google for inversion boots. I have been on IM for a long time, and have never seen anyone mention using these.

Well, your stretching your back not your spine. Unless its some weird experiment to make u taller. You hang bar on door then hang upside down with boots right? Can work good I suppose, do them like normal crunches put your hands behind your head. Head past bar to get full crunch?

It's really hard so if you cant really do that many normally, you'll prolly just end up with alot of blood to the head lol.
