    My Fragile Body

This semester I have learned alot from injures.

I messed up some soft tissue in my lower back during winter break from sumo deadlifts and not stopping when I was doing heavy front squats and felt pain. My back is all better now after time off and slowly returing to lower back stress.

I have had problems with my right knee ever since doing half a classic 5x5 strength program last semester...my knees were buckeling inwards.
I think I slowly trained through some tendonitis and that turned into tendonosis. I was/am rehabing the tendonsis with eccentic 1- leg squat and lunges.
Bodybuilding.com - Dr. David Ryan - The Truth About Tendon Pain.

After 2-weeks of rehab my knee felt much better. I jogged probably about 3/4 of a mile on last Wednesday then shot some baskets by myself on that Saturday.

I have rested my knee since last Saturday. My left knee feels fine now as usual but my right knee now feels like it has a patellar tracking problem; it was popping yesterday and the day before....it has felt better everyday but it feels uncomfortable when sitting, movie goers syndrome whatever you want to call it.

I did some bar only squats and front squats today; my patellar tendon feels ok now but now there is this uncomfortableness under or slighly below the patella, not a pin-pointable pain.
Say I do a but kick (standing) I can feel my patella slightly popping/sliding back into place on the decent of each leg at about 45 degrees from the starting point (straight). I

    That sucks.

You probably know this, but the following guidelines help to prevent injuries.
    - Don't do it if it hurts.
    - Take a week off every 4-8 weeks.
    - Do dynamic stretching before and static stretching after your workout.
    - Use a foamroller.
    - Balance your program (push/pull, internal/external rotation, etc.)

Yeah, I think I am now knowledgable enough to prevent injures if I ever finally get over this knee.

    Go see a sports doctor.

If you can't go straight to that, go see a general practitioner and get referred to a sports doc, you'll have to make it happen though. Most GP's will just say take some med and come back in 6 weeks if it still bothers you.

Try to get the sports doc to set you up with some physical therapy.

    Yeah.

I don't have a general doctor where I am to refer me to anything. I was going to call/go to a physical therapy place in the phonebook. I just google mapped it and it's next to a medical center.
