    creating a new routine

well im trying to put together a new routine. i have a few now i have been cycling through, i want change though...

i only have time to workout 3 days per week...M/W/F

exercises i like/need are powercleans, squats, dumbell bench(barbell bench hurts my shoulders, but nothing else does), pullups, military press, push press, SLDL, plus whatever else

i dont normally like using my main lifts for reps more than 8 per set.
and since i am doing the BUD/S preparation, should i include the pushups/pullups/situps into this? or should i keep that separate, possibly put it with my cardio on t/th/sat?

i have ideas but i just want to see what everyone else creates...

only doing the same exercise once a week? not for me. my usuall routines when i could do 4 days per week i would do monday heavy for upper body, tuesday light for lowerbody, thursday light for upperbody, and friday heavy for lower body...or i liked to 5x5 routine where it was 3 days per week but basically hitting the same movements all three days with some assister exercises that changed.
