Bit of help.
Hey I'm just new to the site and was wonderin if anybody can give me a bit of advice.I've been trainin for a couple of years now and have realised that the type of body I was aiming for isn't what I want anymore.I used to get Muscle&Fitness and seen the guys in it and wanted to be like that, but I play sports and obviously those guys can't run around a football pitch. So now I'm lookin more for the fitness model kinda body and was wondering about nutrition, workouts and cardio. So if anyone can help it'd be much appreciated.
