Pelvic Stabilization, and why its important.

This is often overlooked but your pelvis plays a huge part in your working out. Myself as an example after i do heavy squats and deads my right leg will become shorter then my left if i dont do a good amount of stretching afterwards. I still see the chiropractor about once a month for it.

We first need to think of our bodies in a slightly different way than we have been trained to do. The ‘core’ of your body is one of the hottest topics in fitness for the last few years. We hear time and again how important it is to strengthen your ‘core’ and the host of benefits that come from this process. We need to recognize the true core of your body.

I know that my Sacrum has a nasty habit of tilting back causing one leg to be shorter then the other. It's funny one side of me will be notebly skinnier then the other

    Sis actually.

Yah I run on the treadmill alot and I noticed i was off balance which eventually ended up with a brutal knee injury and tons of splints. My leg press was also weird, I noticed one leg working more.
I see a chiropractor once a month or up to once a week depending on my training.
