    3*5-DB Curls
    1*5-Deadlifts

    Wednes.-

    3*5-DB Press
    3*5-DB Squats
    1*5-Deadlift

    Friday-

    3*5-DB Flyes
    3*5-DB Tri. Extensions
    1*5-Deadlift

    Would that be good?

    Thanks

ok, that may be better, those are going to be some intense sessions though.

why not throw in some pull ups after the squats on day B- too.

Can't beat an intense workout, I've been trying to find something high-intensity, because lately, I just haven't had that "exhausted" feel from my workouts. That's the best feeling ever. lol.

I was going to add sometime of upper pull, but currently I have no where to do them...

Also, that would not be too intense would it? Meaning to the point that it would be considered over-training?

Ok want to make sure I get this , where it says deadlift 1x5. That means your going to do one set of deads for five reps?
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.

    Honestly, it really isnt.

Balance horizontal and vertical. Balance push and pull.

    yea that.

also, use some different leg exercises in there.

plus, what are you looking to gain from this program? Also, how were you training prior to this program? Are you prepared to use that intensity for all of your workouts for the entire week? How many weeks are you going to stay with 3x5? What will you move to from there? Lots of questions. Have a specific start in mind and have an end in mind. Fill in the blanks.

    Starting with the paragraph...

    1. ) I'm looking to gain mass, and strength, but mostly mass.

    2. ) Prior to trying to switch programs, I've used the Rippletoes workout, gained quite a bit of strength from that.

    3. ) I'm prepared to use any intensity, that helps me acquire my goal, but I just love the feeling of a high intensity workout

    4. ) I really don't know how many weeks I'll stay with it. Is there a recommended time?

    5. ) I'll probably go the route of most and do something like 5*5, or the like.

    From the top two...

    1. ) So does that mean that I need to equal out the push/pull horizontal/vertical?

    2. ) Excuse the ignorance, but what could I add for legs?

Also, while I'm at it, as an additional question, how much should I be lifting? I'm asking because currently I'm at a healthy weight of ~100lbs. ( Extremely small frame, coupled with a 5 foot body. )

are you a guy or a girl?

I would start by reading the stickies. The answers to your questions are covered in there.
