    yet another routine....plz tell

well ive taken about a week off after 5 months of consistent training just to give myself a bit of a rest....i was planning on starting this tell me what you think:

mon:chest-flat bench, incline, decline, pec flys
shoulders: standing press, lateral raises, upright row, front barbell raises

tues:arms-standing barbell curl, preacher curls, incline dumbell curls, close grip bench, skull crushers, tricep pushdown

wed:legs:below parralel squat, deadlift, leg press, calf raise
back: bent row, pulldowns, t-bar row( not sure if thats what its called)

not sure if i should take thursday off and start fri, sat, sun or just repeat thurs.-chest/should. fri.-arms, sat.-back,legs sun.-off

im trying to bulk up keepin the reps low 3-5 any help would be appreciated

i dont know too much, but here is my advice...

i wouldnt want to exercise my triceps on tuesday after all of that tricep work monday. it would probably be hard on you. maybe do your chest monday back tuesday legs wednesday then take thursday off and do your arms on friday. that way you can hit your arms when they are fresh and be sure to have strength on your chest and back days as well. i always have to have an "arm day" when im fresh because otherwise if i do triceps after bench, i cant hit them that hard. oh ya maybe instead of decline bench, you could do dips? these have helped me more than anything else as far as tricep strength and increaseing my benchpress. it seems also that you are possibly doing too much on chest days, but if thats what you like- go with it.

    good luck!

Jesus fucking christ, 5 months of consistent training. Take a week off every 4-8 weeks.
