Sculpting a FullBody WO

Ok, I have dumbells, an Eliptical and my body to workout with. I have been doing a split routine and would really like to give the full body thing a shot. Can anyone help me along a bit on this one?

After almost 2 weeks... I am back and better than ever.

There's been 10000 threads about bodyweight exercises and you can do just about every exercise with dumbells.

ABC's I'd be interested to see what you come up with. I plan to do a full body routine in six weeks after my push/pull/legs routine.

I will be spending this week making one up then post it here for critique and start the new routine on Monday. I will finish this week off with the split routine still in place. Thanks for the heads up guys.
