His legs are so big that they make the rest of his body look small.

indeed his quads are enormous.

Ya know I've never listened to the words of that song until now, its going the I-pod for the gym.

I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.

Firstly - this Rocky song, well, rocks! If your struggling to push out that last rep, the chorus to this tune helps you do it, ha.

Platz was amazing - his quads (and even his hams, athough not shown here so much) and calves were huge. He was never able to replicate the same results for his upper torso though. Pity, I wonder if he'd been a Mr Olympia had he done so. Good to see a BB training with good form too - he really seemed to squeeze every rep and with a full range of motion. Lastly, I see now where Lee Priest gets his hair style from.

not sure about now, but they used to train together, Tom did not say if he was training Lee per se, or just work-out partners.

I got my hair cut couple days ago and told the girl cutting my hair i was doing a bodybuilding show and she asked me if i had ever heard of Tom Platz? Apparently she new him and hung out with him back when he promoted a show in carson city nevada. I told her how he was still one of the most popular bodybuilders and she couldn't believe that he was famous. nothing to do with the post but i thought that was cool..
